We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Junior Tennis Coordinator to join Next Gen Auckland, one of Australia’s leading premium health, racquets and lifestyle clubs. Next Gen Auckland is the #1 tennis centre and facility in New Zealand and home to the ASB Classic.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing tennis programme, developing both junior and adult participation whilst helping build a vibrant and premium tennis community within the club.

The role is structured across 20 hours per week, including:

• 10 hours on-court delivery, delivering structured programmes for juniors and adults.
• 10 hours programme leadership and administration, driving participation growth, occupancy and programme development.

There is also the opportunity to deliver private lessons outside of the core 20 hours, providing additional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior Coaching Program

On-Court Delivery (10 hours per week)

• Next Gen Tennis Academy

• Support player development and long-term participation
   

Programme Leadership & Administration

(10 hours a week)

• Oversee the full tennis product offering across juniors
• Manage and support the wider tennis coaching team
• Grow participation and occupancy within the Next Gen Tennis Academy
• Drive engagement across coaching, social tennis and competitions
• Identify commercial revenue opportunities across all programmes
• Build a premium tennis community within the club, and outreach
• Plan weekly timetables to optimise court utilisation
• Coordinate competitions, leagues and match play opportunities
• Manage programme administration, bookings and scheduling
• Work closely with the General Manager, Sales team and senior HODs to drive new member acquisition and existing member engagement through the Next Steps programme
• Support internal marketing initiatives to increase programme awareness and participation

Next Gen Club Canberra is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic casual Crèche & Kids Activity Attendant. Our aim is to provide a friendly, vibrant, safe, fun and rewarding environment for children.

We are currently looking for someone who is flexible with their hours and is available to work additional hours during school holiday periods. We are currently prioritising candidates who can support our School Holiday Active Program during children's school breaks and holiday periods. A key focus of this role is helping to deliver fun, engaging and active experiences for children during these times. This role would ideally suit university students, education students, aspiring childcare professionals, or anyone looking for additional work during school holiday periods; however, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.

The crèche is open Monday to Saturday from 8.45am – 1:30pm. Additional hours will be available during the week for our other kids’ programs and throughout the year during school holidays when we run our School Holiday Active Program for children up to 12 years of age. We also run Kids Clubs, Sports Clubs and Kids Birthday Parties throughout the week and on Saturdays for children aged 6–12.

Essential Criteria:

• Current Working With Children Check;
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate;
• Anaphylaxis training/certificate (desirable);
• Experience in a similar role;

As a motivating Leader and key Club Leadership Team Member you will responsible for building the team and putting into place the operational systems to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness and to create a culture of fun and professionalism.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensuring that the necessary controls are maintained to ensure that the department is achieving budgeted revenue and costs are controlled through effective rostering, time management and supervision;

• Maintaining effective standards on safety and food hygiene practices and ensuring the weekly cleaning schedule for the Food and Beverage areas is being adhered to by all Food and Beverage staff and that it is up to standard;
• Ensuring that staff in the Food and Beverage areas possess the knowledge of the Club facilities, menus, wine lists and that they are competent and actively maximizing the revenue from each customer;
• Openly communicate with staff ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed onto other employees;
• Maintaining a strong functional relationship with the Head Chef and the café team. Assisting in anyway required ensuring both departments’ service goals are achieved;

Next Gen Memorial Drive is entering an exciting new phase with the launch of an enhanced Premium Group Fitness offering, including a brand-new Reformer Pilates Studio and a Mind & Body Studio.

We are seeking an exceptional Group Fitness Manager to lead and elevate the club’s complete group fitness ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining management and strategic oversight together with a component of high-quality class delivery per week.

The successful candidate will oversee four key studios and programs, ensuring exceptional member experiences, high-performing timetables, and best-in-class instructor standards.

Studios & Programs Overseen

The Group Fitness Manager will be responsible for the leadership, programming, performance, and instructor standards across four studios:

Reformer Pilates Studio (Premium Members Only)

Premium Reformer Pilates programming.

Focus on technique, progression, and high-quality instruction.

Smaller class sizes designed to deliver a boutique studio experience.

Mind & Body Studio (Premium Members Only)

Programming may include:

• Vinyasa Yoga
• Hatha Yoga
• Yin Yoga
• Rocket Yoga
• Mobility, recovery, and meditation sessions

The studio will focus on wellness, recovery, and holistic health experiences.

Group Fitness Studio (All Members)

A high-energy studio delivering a wide range of classes such as:

• Strength and conditioning
• Functional training

• Core and mobility classes

Cycle Studio (All Members)

A dedicated indoor cycling studio delivering:

• Performance cycle classes
• Rhythm and music-led rides
• Endurance and interval-based cycling sessions

The program will focus on energy, atmosphere, and performance-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Fitness Leadership & Strategy

Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the club’s group fitness program across all four studios.

Design and manage a high-performing timetable that maximises participation and occupancy.

Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage a team of high-quality instructors.

Next Gen’s Finance Team is centrally located in Adelaide and we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business and ensuring the smooth running of the Accounts Payable function.

About the Role

This hands-on role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounts payable support across the business while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Processing invoices, payments and expense claims
• Managing supplier queries and maintaining the AP inbox
• Performing invoice coding and allocations in line with company policies
• Preparing weekly and ad hoc supplier payments
• Maintaining supplier records, databases and banking information
• Assisting with reconciliations including supplier statements and AP ledgers
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements
• Ensuring compliance with GST requirements and internal financial controls
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Finance Team as required
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function

About You

The successful applicant will:

• Have previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Administration role
• Possess sound knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
• Have an understanding of Goods & Services Tax (GST) requirements
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Have experience using accounting software or ERP systems
• Be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Display a positive attitude and strong team-oriented approach
• Be adaptable, dependable and willing to take a hands-on approach

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate IV or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field is desirable
• 2–5 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Group Membership Administrator, you will be responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made while providing membership administration support. 

We're looking for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional 5 Star customer service, who is outgoing and loves to engage with members/customers on the phone. You're someone who loves exceeding targets, finding solutions to problems and is well organised. Finally, you are someone who is self-motivated and who enjoys the challenge of working within a customer service and retention environment.

About You

To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in the following: 

• Experience in customer service and/or retention environments
• Strong problem solving, objection handling and well developed negotiation skills
• Experience working in a team environment
• Well-developed communications skills
• An excellent track record working with KPI's, targets and goals
• Debt collection together with proven administration skills
• High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport
  
• Attention to detail and results focused
