Swim School Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a casual or Part Time Swim School Coordinator to join our Swim team who all aim to provide exceptional service to everyone who enters our Club.


About the role:

Be part of the team teaching pre-school children through to adults on learning how to swim. This role currently offers 20 hours a week and will require you to lead a team of instructors, continue to build the existing program while managing administration duties. The role is member focused and will require you to be exceptionally skilled at liaising with parents and their children. 


You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and monitoring a team of swim instructors;
  • Instructing classes on how to swim of varying age groups;

  • Some administrative duties;

  • Liaising with parents of children; and

  • Administration & payroll for Swim School.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • AUSTSWIM qualification or equivalent;
  • Working with Children check;
  • Senior First Aid; and
  • Resuscitation certificate.
