We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Tennis Coach to join Next Gen Doncaster, one of Australia’s leading premium health, racquets and lifestyle clubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality coaching within a premium club environment, supporting both junior and adult participation whilst contributing to a vibrant and welcoming tennis community.

This role would suit someone who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week of on-court delivery, delivering structured programmes for juniors and adults, with the opportunity to deliver private lessons on top of these hours to further build your coaching profile and earning potential.

You will play an important role in delivering an outstanding tennis experience for members, supporting player development and contributing to the continued growth of our tennis programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging and structured coaching sessions aligned to programme standards
• Support player development across junior and adult pathways
• Create a welcoming, inclusive and professional on-court environment
• Build strong relationships with members and junior parents
• Contribute to a vibrant and social tennis community within the club
• Support the overall quality and consistency of the tennis programme

Essential Requirements

• Tennis Australia Club Professional or Junior Development Qualification (or equivalent)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Eligible to work in Australia
• Minimum 2 years coaching experience
• Current Senior First Aid
