We are seeking vibrant Group Fitness Instructors to build our comprehensive group fitness offering seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm.

Some of the Classes on offer include:

• Aqua
• Spin
• Yoga
• Boxing
• Zumba
• Barre
• Tai Chi
• Pilates - Mat and Reformer
• Les Mills BODYPUMP
• Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

Essential Criteria:

• Registered fitness leaders
• Les Mills qualified
• Working With Children/Vulnerable People check
• Current CPR certification

Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Classes cover a 7-day timetable from 6am to 8:30pm
• To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program
• To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classes
• To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment.

About You

• A passion for member engagement and high quality customer service;
• Demonstrated group exercise experience while ensuring safety, growth and quality;
• Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas;
• Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating members;
• Strong interest and passionate about health & fitness industry;
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovate fitness programs;

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry;
• First Aid & CPR;
• Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level of Certificate IV including Registration with Fitness Australia desirable, not essential
• Working with Children clearance.

• Flexible hours and days (7 days a week) 
• Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
• Working with Children Check is mandatory for this role
