The role requires someone who is flexible, resilient, positive and energetic as we work in a 7-day a week operating environment. About You Extensive experience in all aspects of food & beverage Experience in managing teams is essential A proven track record of successfully controlling budgets Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service A passion for training and developing staff Basic first aid certificate Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Possess natural leadership qualities Across work health and safety standards and holds a current RSA certificate Key Skills Highly organised and methodical Ability to prioritise tasks on the run Ability to lead by example, know when to be hands-on and when to delegate effectively and efficiently Providing input for Food & Beverage strategies, promotions and budgeting processes that contribute to the overall improvement Commitment to the provision of outstanding customer service Effective interpersonal communication skills is a must Ability to build a rapport with clients On Offer This unique and varied role provides the opportunity to broaden your skills Exceptionally beautiful work environment Access to our our premium gym facility www.nextgenclubs.com.au Please note: Flexible hours and days are required for this role Proof of right to work in Australia/New Zealand documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
