About the Role You will be responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made while providing membership administration support. We're looking for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional 5 Star customer service, who is outgoing and loves to engage with members both face to face and on the phone. You're someone who loves exceeding targets, finding solutions to problems and is well organised. Finally, you are someone who is self-motivated and who enjoys the challenge of working within a customer sales and retention environment. You must be available to work Monday to Friday with working hours ranging from 8am to 8pm with the flexibility of working weekends should that suit you. About You
To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in the following: - Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments;
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills;
- Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills;
- Experience working in a team environment;
- Well-developed communications skills;
- Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how;
- An excellent track record working with KPI's, targets and sales goals;
- Debt collection; and Membership based administration;
- High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport; and
- Attention to detail and achieving results.
