About the Role
Next Gen's aim is to provide our Members with premium service and a positive experience each Club visit. The role of Cafe Attendant is pivotal to our service offering and engages with our Members daily. So whether it is to simply serve a Coffee to-go or provide table service, the Cafe Attendant's aim is to always provide exceptional service and assist across all areas of the cafe area as trained.
This position will require you to be available for shifts throughout the week and weekends. If you are studying or require particular shifts, we will work with you to accommodate as best we can.
- Fulfilling daily food & beverage orders;
- Cash Handling;
- Outstanding customer service; and
- Cleaning of café.
You're positive and present with a "can-do" attitude. You enjoy working part of a Team and love working in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You pride yourself on your exceptional customer services skills. You also:
- Have a current RSA certificate;
- Cash handling experience;
- Barista experience is preferable; and
- Food & Beverage knowledge.
