We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Junior Tennis Coordinator to join Next Gen Auckland, one of Australia’s leading premium health, racquets and lifestyle clubs. Next Gen Auckland is the #1 tennis centre and facility in New Zealand and home to the ASB Classic. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing tennis programme, developing both junior and adult participation whilst helping build a vibrant and premium tennis community within the club. The role is structured across 20 hours per week, including: - 10 hours on-court delivery, delivering structured programmes for juniors and adults.
- 10 hours programme leadership and administration, driving participation growth, occupancy and programme development.
There is also the opportunity to deliver private lessons outside of the core 20 hours, providing additional earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Junior Coaching Program On-Court Delivery (10 hours per week) - Next Gen Tennis Academy

- Create a welcoming and professional on-court experience
- Support player development and long-term participation
Programme Leadership & Administration (10 hours a week) - Oversee the full tennis product offering across juniors
- Manage and support the wider tennis coaching team
- Grow participation and occupancy within the Next Gen Tennis Academy
- Drive engagement across coaching, social tennis and competitions
- Identify commercial revenue opportunities across all programmes
- Build a premium tennis community within the club, and outreach
- Plan weekly timetables to optimise court utilisation
- Coordinate competitions, leagues and match play opportunities
- Manage programme administration, bookings and scheduling
- Work closely with the General Manager, Sales team and senior HODs to drive new member acquisition and existing member engagement through the Next Steps programme
- Support internal marketing initiatives to increase programme awareness and participation

Essential Requirements - An internationally recognized qualification from Tennis NZ or Tennis Australia
- Development Coach
- Club Professional preferred
- Police Check
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience
- Current First Aid and CPR
