Our new Premium Wellness includes:

• Premium REFORM Reformer Pilates Studio
• Infrared RENEW Mind & Body Studio
• RESTORE Recovery Studio
• NAIA Spa Retreat

We're looking for exceptional Reformer Pilates Instructors who are passionate about movement, coaching and delivering premium member experiences.

This isn't just another teaching role. It's an opportunity to become part of a team that is redefining boutique wellness within a premium health club environment.

About the Role

You'll deliver engaging, technically excellent Reformer Pilates classes that cater for a range of abilities while creating an atmosphere that keeps members coming back week after week.

You'll inspire, educate and motivate members through exceptional coaching, whilst contributing to the growth of one of Australia's most exciting Premium Wellness offerings.

What You'll Be Delivering

• Premium Reformer Pilates classes for up to 20 participants
• Safe, progressive programming suitable for beginners through to advanced members
• Outstanding coaching, cueing and technique correction
• Exceptional member engagement before, during and after every class
• A luxury member experience that exceeds expectations
• Professional studio presentation and equipment standards

You'll be someone who:

• Has exceptional energy and presence in front of a class
• Can build genuine relationships with members
• Takes pride in delivering a premium experience
• Thrives within a collaborative team culture
• Wants to grow with an innovative wellness brand

Essential Qualifications

• Recognised Reformer Pilates Qualification
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Public Liability Insurance (where applicable)
• Previous group fitness or Reformer teaching experience preferred
