About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Group Membership Administrator, you will be responsible for retaining members with every call and contact made while providing membership administration support.
We're looking for someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional 5 Star customer service, who is outgoing and loves to engage with members/customers on the phone. You're someone who loves exceeding targets, finding solutions to problems and is well organised. Finally, you are someone who is self-motivated and who enjoys the challenge of working within a customer service and retention environment.
About You
To be successful you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:
Experience in customer service and/or retention environments
Strong problem solving, objection handling and well developed negotiation skills
Experience working in a team environment
Well-developed communications skills
An excellent track record working with KPI's, targets and goals
Debt collection together with proven administration skills
High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport
Attention to detail and results focused
